  • A welcome pack with helpful tips and advice on preparing for a power cut.
  • A priority phone number to call and regular text or phone updates dduring a power cut
  • If appropriate, assistance from the British Red Cross and other emergency benefits.

You can check whether your home falls within UK Power Networks region online here and, if it does, you can find out more and sign up to the Priority Service Register here.

Don’t worry if your home doesn’t fall within UK Power Networks’ region, you can contact your own electricity distribution network operator who will also have a Priority Service to sign up to. You can find your Distribution Network Operators here.
