The Substance Misuse Carer Support and Development Project is a support service for Carers and/or anyone over the age of 18 affected by another adults drug or alcohol use, be it a family member, neighbour, relative or friend. This also includes Carers of those with dual mental health and substance misuse issues (Dual Diagnosis).
