Under 35 Club for Young Adults with Mental Health illness

A new group has been created for young adults living with mental health issues. The club will allow you to meet new people and try new interesting things. If you are interested come along to an opening evening on Wednesday 11th April at 6pm. For more information take a look at the flyer.

Some hints and tips to improve ways of working better together:

  • Be clear about what is realistic – in terms of time, what you feel you can realistically do, and what services can realistically provide. Don’t promise to do things you can’t do.

 

Closing the Triangle of Care – Mental Health Model

The ‘Triangle of Care’ is a therapeutic alliance between service user, staff member and Carer that promotes safety, supports recovery and sustains well being. The model was developed by families who felt that there needed to be a practical model that supported best practice and identified clear steps to collaborative ways of working.
